Delete your Vivid Row account

Vivid Row is operated by ATLASOA LLC. You can request deletion of your Vivid Row customer account and its associated personal data here, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Request account and data deletion

Email an account and data deletion request to care@vividrow.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Vivid Row account and data deletion request. Tell us that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.

If you cannot send email, use our contact form and include the same request and your account email address. You do not need to place an order, reinstall the app, or sign in to submit a request. Do not include a password, sign-in code, or payment-card details.

What happens next

Customer Care will verify that the request belongs to you before deleting information. We may reply to your account email to confirm the request. We process requests under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information covered by the request

The request covers your Vivid Row customer account, profile and contact details, saved addresses, and associated personal data held for your account. We also review relevant service-provider records for deletion or anonymization where applicable.

Some transaction, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be retained to fulfill legal obligations, complete an outstanding order or return, or resolve a dispute. Any retained information is kept only for the applicable purpose and required period, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will explain any applicable exception when responding to your request. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an order or request a refund.

Saved items on your device

Saved styles and recent searches are stored locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing its app data removes this local information. Clearing local data alone does not delete your Vivid Row customer account.

Request deletion of specific data

You may also email care@vividrow.com to request deletion of particular personal data without deleting your entire account. Describe the information you want removed.
