Vivid Row is operated by ATLASOA LLC. You choose separately whether to receive automated order and shipping messages for the order you identify, recurring automated promotional messages about offers, new arrivals and store news, or both. Selecting one option does not enroll you in the other. You may also choose promotional texts using the separate marketing checkbox at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or email care@vividrow.com. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. If you subscribe to both categories from the same number, STOP stops both. Contact us by email to change individual preferences. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Shipping dates are estimates.

SMS privacy

We use your mobile number, applicable order details, and consent record to provide only the messages you selected and to handle support and opt-outs. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery or customer service may process this information solely to provide those services. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from other information-sharing provisions for advertising or marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
