3. Physical products, shipping, and returns

Shipping is currently available only within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. Orders containing items from different Vivid Row collections may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Returns, refunds, and damaged-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for a digital purchase. Digital downloads are for personal use unless a broader license is expressly stated on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of Vivid Row digital files. Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital sales are final except where a file is defective or materially not as described, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
